Indecision now offers digital downloads of three albums: The Great Road, Reservoir and Ponder Yonder. You can either download individual songs or the entire album. Typically, it costs about 95 cents per song or about $9.99 per album. We've partnered with scores of music sites (some of which are listed below), so the charges will vary a little from company to company - we wanted to make sure you got to decide which music provider you would like to use. So far, we've had over 5,100 downloads of our music as of June 01, 2006.
Presently, you can download our albums from over 30 international web sites, but beware of imposter music web sites. Below are what we feel are the best sites.
Also, beginning in late May 2005, we will be uploading some rare live performances from our vault of tapes and making them available for download at a minimal cost. For more information, visit our bootlegs page. Additionally, we will be providing an SHN file server this summer for sharing live performances, so stay posted.

What file formats are available for purchase and downloading?
Typically, the following formats are available: MP3, MP4/AAC, WMA, FLAC and OGG. The available format will vary depending on which company you decide to download Indecision's music from.
Why has Indecision partnerd with so many digital music companies?
Simply put, we wanted you to have the ability to decide which company you wanted to download our music files from. Not only does this provide greater flexibility for our fans, but it also provides us with a larger audience.
What about copyright protection?
All of our music is protected by international copyright laws, and we require that any of our songs that you download be for your personal use only. You may not resell, trade or offer our music.
What is MP43?
This file type is recommended for most users since there are already numerous consumer electronics devices and software that are capable of playing and converting MP3 files. Moreover, the sound quality has improved and is acceptable to most Windows and Macintosh listeners. Files are saved with a ".mp3" file extension
What is MP4/AAC?
Because of its exceptional performance and quality, Advanced Audio Coding (AAC) is at the core of the MPEG-4, 3GPP, and 3GPP2 specifications and is the new audio codec of choice for Internet, wireless, and digital broadcast arenas. AAC provides audio encoding that compresses much more efficiently than older formats such as MP3, yet delivers quality rivaling that of uncompressed CD audio. The AAC codec in QuickTime 6 builds upon new, state-of-the art signal processing technology from Dolby Laboratories and brings variable bit rate (VBR) audio encoding to QuickTime. Apple Computer has incorporated MPEG-4 AAC into QuickTime 6 and iTunes 4, as well as the latest version of its award-winning iPod portable music player. Files are saved with a ".mp4" file extension
What is OGG?
OGG Vorbis, sometimes just called Vorbis is an open source patent-free audio compression format, developed as a replacement for proprietary digital audio encoding formats, such as MP3, and AAC. Vorbis files, which have an .ogg extension compress to smaller sizes than MP3 files, which reduces bandwidth and storage requirements, not to mention download times. Further, many reports claim that Vorbis provides better sound quality than MP3.
What is WMA?
WMA provides sound quality that s 20 percent better than the already state-of-the-art Windows Media Audio 8. Further, it now has support for variable bit rate (VBR) audio enables even higher quality and smaller file sizes. And you can store this type on more than 120 Windows Media compatible devices. Also, it is backward-compatible with older Windows Media Audio compatible decoders, so you can play back new content on old players, operating systems, and electronic devices. This is ideal for many Windows users. Files are saved with a ".wma" file extension.
What is FLAC?
FLAC stands for Free Lossless Audio Codec. It is similar to MP3, but lossless, meaning that audio is compressed in FLAC without any loss in quality. This is similar to how Zip works, except with FLAC you will get much better compression because it is designed specifically for audio, and you can play back compressed FLAC files in your favorite player just like you would an MP3 file. However, files take almost seven times longer to download and will require that you know how to decompress the files. Thus, it's for avancded users. FLAC Files are saved with a ".flac" file extension and are freely available and supported on most operating systems, including Windows, Unix, BeOS and OS/2.
What is SHN?
This is the highest music quality presently available, but it is only recommended for advanced users. Additionally, download times are approximately ten times as long. SHN is short for Shorten files. It is a lossless compression algorithm for digital music developed by SoftSound. It compresses music files 1/2 to 1/3 of their original size, while maintaining perfect sound quality. These files are difficult to find becuase they consume large amounts of disk space.
