Indecision encourages and allows live taping of their concerts for non-commercial purposes, and fully supports the trading of their live shows via the following audio types: analog tape, DAT, CD, MP3, MP4/AAC, WMA, OGG, FLAC, SHN, Digital Video, or WAV. However, you may not trade, produce, duplicate, share, host, stream, exchange or distribute any Indecision song and/or show for financial gain of any kind. Additionally, Indecision may ask you to cease trading, sharing, hosting, distributing or exchanging a specific show(s), song or songs without cause.

At any time, Indecision may offer an official live performance for sale via media such as a CD, or digital download(s). This official version will take precedence over any other recordings of this performance(s), and Indecision will require that audio repositories remove any recording of these particular performances immediately, and traders cease duplication and/or trading. Thus, you may not produce, duplicate, trade, host or distribute the following performance(s): May 18, 1996 (Chameleon Club - Atlanta, GA).

Unauthorized duplication, trading, production, exchange and/or distribution of any song(s) or CD(s) officially released by Indecision, regardless if it's a live or studio performance is strictly prohibited, and violates federal law, and we grant no rights to anyone. All music created by Indecision is owned exclusively by Indecision, whereas, all music created by other artists, but performed by Indecision is owned exclusively by that artist.

The mediums by which audio/video trading is publicized, such as web sites, "fan sites" or newsgroups may not be commercialized, or sell any Indecision merchandise. Further, newsletters, web sites, "fan sites" clubs, or any other communication forum related to Indecision, including facilitating audio/video trading cannot accept advertising, offer links for compensation, exploit databases compiled from their traffic, or otherwise derive any commercial profit in any form. Additionally, these mediums may not frame Indecision's web site within their own web site without Indecision's permission. Bbroadcast of any Indecision recording via the Internet is permissible, only if it conforms to these guidelines.

All on-line music servers must be sanctioned by Indecision, and the owners and or operators must agree to the guidelines as set forth by Indecision. All shows and set lists must be documented in a ".TXT" file format and delivered to Indecision prior to launching or updating your Indecision music server. We are asking this so that we can protect the integrity of the performances and set-lists. A statement of compliance with this policy must be clearly posted on all web sites engaged in any trading activity.

The opening, browsing or downloading of any material found within this web site constitutes an agreement between you and Indecision, whereby you have agreed to the terms as set forth by Indecision, and Indecision reserves the right to modify these terms at anytime, without notice.
