Do you accept credit cards?
Yes; we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover as payment for all CD orders. However, a check or money order is required for all other merchandise at this time..

Can I order via an 800 telephone number instead of the web site?
Yes. If you live inside the United States, please call 1.800.289.6923. All calls outside of the United States must telephone +1.503.595.3000. Our operators are available from 9:00am to 6:00pm PST (Noon to 9:00pm EST), Monday through Friday.

How much is shipping?
Typically, shipping is only $2.25 anywhere in the United States. However, this will increase due to the number of CDs you order, and/or if the cds are being shiped overseas.

Is there a money back guarantee?
Yes, but you must return the merchandise within 14 days. The cost of that CD will either be credited back on to your credit card, or we will send you a check, but we can not refund your postage. Moreover, you are required to pay for all shipping charges when returning merchandise back to us.

How long does an order take?
Typically, orders within the United States will take about 3 to 5 postal days to arrive after ordering on-line. Orders outside of the United States usually take about one week to 10 postal days.

I own a record store. Does Indecision sell its merchandise wholesale?
Yes. We sell our CDs to record stores at a greatly reduced price so our retailers have plenty of room for profits. Further, we do not ask our retailers to sell our CDs at a fixed price; that is up to each retailer. We only provide a suggested retail price. There is a minimum purchase of 10 CDs required on the first order only, but the quantity of each album can be divided anyway the reatiler desires (e.g. 4 "Ponder Yonder" and 6 "Live At The Chameleon Club"). Do you ever offer any specials?
From time to time, we will offer Internet only specials, including discounts for purchasing multiple copies and/or various holidays. However, our prices are subject to market conditions. As such, our prices may decrease or increase at anytime, without notice or without cause.

Does Indecision process the credit cards?
No. All of our on-line CD orders (credit cards) are processed by our partner, CD Baby. This company also stores some of our merchandise and is responsible for the fullfillment of CDs to our customers.

Why partner with CD Baby?
Economically, it just makes sense, as they are able to warehouse, process and ship our CDs far cheaper and faster than we can. Further, we are not bound to any agreemnt with them, and we receive a larger percentage of each sale as compared to record store royalties. Moreover, they are not some start-up that will be out of business in a couple of weeks. They have been in business since 1988 and presently, they gross over $10 million annually.

What kind of credit card security do you have?
Again, Indecision does not process your credit card - no credit card transactions take place on www.indecision.com. However, your security is important to us. Thus, our partner, CD Baby deploys a secure server with SSL connections utilizing 128-bit encryption, the industry standard for secure, e-commerce transactions. This technology protects your personal and confidential information while in transit over the Internet, including your name, address, credit card, et.al. Further, their secure certificate is issued by Thawte, a division of Verisign. Moreover, they do not store your credit card number anywhere. Thus, when you submit it on-line, the bank gives an immediate response as to whether it was accepted or not, without ever showing the number. It is then charged and erased for added protection.

What about t-shirts, bumper stickers and other merchandise?
Outside of CDs, we presently only sell t-shirts and bumper stickers. However, more merchandise is expected this year, but presently, you must order these items through our on-line, printable order form, and pay via a check or money order.
